Renee Mahoney-Hooks – Office Manager

Hazel Renee’ Mahoney Hooks, born and raised in Allendale a graduate of Booker T.
Washington High attended Southern University-Shreveport and Wiley College-Marshall, TX. A member of Mt. Canaan Baptist Church.
I was blessed with my first and only child (Maya Renee’). Today, being a single parent help keep me in touch with reality. Having worked for other nonprofit organizations and as a former AmeriCorps member has given me the insight of where I need to be, helping others.
I have a very kind and giving spirit. Working for the Fuller Center for Housing allows me to be me by getting out of self and helping someone else, giving back to the City and community where I was born and raised.
Today my motto is “Letting Go and Letting God”. Where I can’t, God can. I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.
