Staff

Lee A. Jeter, Sr. – Executive Director


A lifelong resident of Shreveport-Bossier City, Lee Jeter is a 20-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served as Program Director of ShrevCORPS at Shreveport Green for 11 years before becoming the Fuller Center’s Executive Director.

His extensive community service and mentoring has centered on encouraging citizens of all ages to take an active role in improving and enriching the communities in which they live and work.
 

 

Joseph Moncrief – Construction Supervisor

Joseph Moncrief

Joseph Moncrief has experience in commercial and residential construction.

In addition, he owned and operated his own business for six years. He is multi-talented and brings a wealth of knowledge in commercial, residential and green construction to the organization.

 

 

 

Rodney Longstratt – Surplus Store Manager

 

RodBio

Rodney retired from the United States Navy in October 2007 after 20 years of service.

He is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College and Louisiana State University-Shreveport, where he served as Vice President of Student Government in 2011-2012.

 

 

 

Reneé Mahoney-Hooks – Office Manager

 

A graduate of Booker T. Washington High School and also attended Southern University and Wiley College. She has worked for the City of Shreveport, the Bossier Parish School Board, and General Motors, among others. A former member of the ShrevCORPS AmeriCorps National Service Program, Reneé has worked for and with many nonprofit organizations.

She completed the NeighborWorks Community Leadership Institute in 2011 and is a member of the Allendale-Lakeside-Ledbetter Heights Partnership.

 

 

Jaime Cloud – AmeriCorps Program Director

Jaime is a 1997 graduate of Caddo Magnet High School, and served in a local AmeriCorps program, Shreveport Green’s ShrevCORPS before attending Centenary College. After graduating from Centenary College with a B.A. in Sociology in 2001, she worked for several Shreveport non-profits including: Shreveport Green, the Meadows Museum of Art, and the Shreveport Yacht Club.

She then attended Louisiana Technical College, where she studied graphic design and has been operating her own graphic design business for the past six years.
